Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)

Encyde has supported the ERP program in several capacities:

 

SAP Staff Augmentation and Post Go-Live Support

Encyde provided Project Management and currently provides functional and technical application support including resolving service desk tickets, developing new functionality and enhancements, supporting system upgrades, updating documentation, creating knowledge base articles, and educating County users.

 

SAP User Acceptance Testing

Encyde evaluated whether the Wave 2- SAP ERP Human Capital Management (HCM) modules satisfied specified requirements by conducting an independent, third-party assessment including developing and executing unit, module, integration, and end-to-end test cases; and end-user scenarios based on business processes; facilitating the County's User Acceptance Testing.

Health Department

Encyde provides Program Management, standing up the envisioned Enterprise Architecture, standardizing Project Management capabilities and documenting current infrastructure; and Business Analysis, gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements to drive data-driven decision making.

 

Department of Permitting, Inspections, and Enforcement

Encyde provides Management Consulting and Business Analysis services, documenting and suggesting improvements for current business processes, planning and conducting User Acceptance Testing of:

Momentum

An enterprise-wide system replacing and integrating legacy systems to optimize the building and construction permitting, licensing, and enforcement processes.   

 

Electronic Plan Review (ePlan)

ProjectDox system designed to integrate disparate permit review agencies processes from across the county into a new consolidated system to allow a one stop shop process and experience for the applicant. 

C-Net and Cable Television Administration

Encyde provides Program Management expertise with a keen focus on Integration, Business Process Optimization, and Business Analysis to drive operational excellence and support strategic growth of the intergovernmental data networking telecommunications and cable television programs.

U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command

Encyde conducted Operational Testing- assessments of information, combat, communications, logistics, and satellite systems and processes.  Projects included evaluating:

General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS)

SAP financial, asset, and accounting management system designed to manage $100 billion in spending that includes over 80 legacy systems- slated to be one of the world’s largest government Enterprise Resource Planning systems

Defense Travel System (DTS)

$474 million online travel system, designed to serve 3.5 million users DoD-wide and integrated with over 30 financial and data processing systems.

Joint Tactical Radio System (JTRS)

$6.8 billion program to allow multiple radio types to communicate with each other to create secure wireless communication and networking services for multiple branches of the United States military

Transportation Coordinators’ Automated Information for Movements System II (TC-AIMS II)

Logistics management system which gives commanders real-time information about the location of people and equipment with a projected life-cycle cost of $1.7 billion over 25 years

Combat Systems

Pyrolysis Waste Disposal System (PWDS)- compactor that turns trash into charcoal; Multi Temperature Containerized Refrigeration System (MTRCS)- mobile refrigerator that has the capacity to feed a brigade combat team; Assault Kitchen (AK)- mobile kitchen to feed onsite, Mobile Integrated Remains Collection System (MIRCS)- refrigeration system for human remains; Modular Fuel System (MFS)- liquid logistics system to allow refueling on the go; Battle Command Sustainment Support System (BCS3)- logistics system for battlefield supplies.

Encyde created and executed a comprehensive test program including methodologies and procedures to evaluate systems for operational readiness- determining how the system performs, with respect to its intended purpose, in its intended environment, based on information Encyde gathered within the organization to define and document the system and business requirements, and with respect to industry best practices: 

Comprehensive Property Management System (CPMS)

An Accela Automation, multimillion dollar customized COTS, property management modernization system including Vacant Property, Permitting, Residential/Commercial Inspections and Licensing modules which replaced/integrated multiple disparate legacy systems.

Civil Infractions Tracking and Enforcement System

A system designed to provide staff and management in the Office of Civil Infractions easy access to case information needed to ensure that owners are in compliance with business and housing requirements regulated by DCRA. 

Online Construction Permit Intake

Online building permits application system for customers.

Permit Helper

Online kiosk system to assist users in completing construction permit applications.

Property Information Verification System

System allowing personnel to validate property information for permitting in one system, eliminating the prior need to access more than eleven separate systems to retrieve the data.
